Hydraulic Drive Option The hydraulic drive option is virtually maintenance free. It allows placement of the squeeze pump in almost any convenient location on the implement, without concern for a separate wheel drive. The hydraulic orbit motor operates directly from a tractor remote cylinder outlet, driving the squeeze pump shaft through a single roller chain. (Pump speed should not exceed 65 rpm.) A hand operated shut-off valve is used to adapt the orbit motor hydraulic circuit to closed or open-center tractor hydraulic systems. The shut-off valve should be OFF for closed center hydraulics and ON for open-center systems.
