ORDER BY GAUGE CODE -- STAMPED ON THE HEAD OF EACH SENIOR GAUGE

IF ABOVE CODE IS NOT AVAILABLE, SPECIFY:

TYPE OF SERVICE -- LP-Gas, Anhydrous Ammonia (NH3), Fertilizer Solutions, Liquid & Oxygen.

GAUGE SIZE (or Head Type) -- Specify SENIOR SIZE, VISIBLE "4" or GAUGE MODEL, A or B.

TYPE MOUNTING -- Top, Side, End or Angle, if Angle (Specify angle above horizontal centerline).

GIVE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS:

H - distance from outside of gauge head. D - inside diameter of tank or cylinder.
