Designed to place liquid fertilizer directly into the slot made by a coulter.  Pictured on a Yetter® 20" 2930-020B Coulter. Can be fitted for other makes and models. Depth is adjustable, spring design protects the Slot Tracker from rocks, then returns the tip back into the slot. Because fertilizer is guided into the coulter slot, larger, plug-free tips are used, and the need for high pressure is eliminated.  Larger tips and lower pressure also results in less fertilizer "splash" onto machine and coulter bearings.
